Return Process

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the dress in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
